Troubleshooting Relaxation Massager Pillow
Each product we ship is carefully checked and tested before packaging, but occasionally, you may encounter issues with the Relaxation Massager Pillow’s functionality. Often, such issues can be due to a loose connection or adapter functionality issues. To assist, please follow the troubleshooting steps in the following three videos, which address loose connections.

If the product still doesn’t work, we suggest testing it with a car adapter or any other universal adapter, such as those used for TVs or Wi-Fi devices (the massager is compatible with all universal adapters). If the pillow works with any of these adapters, it indicates the pillow itself is functioning properly, and the issue may be with the home adapter that we sent. Because the pillow is working with other adapters but not with our home adapter. In that case, we will send you a new home adapter at no charge.
